Anuroopa and Vishal came to us with a specific vision for their Jodhpur destination wedding: they wanted to honor their South Indian roots, but didn't want to compromise on the classic Rajasthani palace aesthetic. Pulling off two entirely distinct styling concepts in one of Jodhpur's heritage properties is exactly the kind of logistical puzzle our team thrives on.

The first ceremony was fiercely traditional. Instead of forcing a local Rajasthani design onto it, we fully embraced their heritage. We sourced authentic marigold varieties and brought in classic temple architectural elements for the mandap. When Anuroopa walked out in her traditional Kanjeevaram saree against the blue stone of the palace, the contrast was striking.

Flipping the Script

For the second, more contemporary ceremony, we completely shifted the atmosphere. Heritage properties can feel exceptionally heavy if you aren't careful. To modernize the space, we stripped back the bold colors and used soft lighting with delicate, chic floral structures.

It took our on-site team hours to transition the exact same venue from deep traditional reds and golds to this clean, minimalist fusion setup—but seeing Anuroopa walk out into the soft lighting in her fusion outfit made the overnight turnover work totally worth it.

You don't need to fly to Jaipur to approve a design. We utilize 3D spatial software to mock up decor concepts inside the exact venue you choose—whether it is Fairmont Jaipur or Samode Palace. This allows you to walk through the mandap design, table configurations, and entrance lighting on your screen before any contract is signed.

Furthermore, our team handles all local vendor governance. We vet the caterers, coordinate backup power systems, and manage contract agreements using verified digital systems.

We also establish a dedicated guest hospitality desk. From managing airport pickups to tracking dietary requests and hotel allocations, we act as the single point of contact for your international guests.
